Shipping/Handling Policy
All products are shipped via USPS priority mail using Delivery Confirmation to allow for tracking of shipments. Products are shipped to domestic destinations only. Orders with a PO Box shipping address will not be processed.
Shipment Schedule
With the exception of the weekends (see below) orders are generally processed and shipped within 2-3 days unless a product is out of stock.
Because Fayces is closed on Sunday and Monday, orders received Saturday after 12 noon (PST) are not processed until the following Tuesday.

Ordering Fayces Skin Care Signature Products
Orders received by customers who are not in our database of in-house clients will not be processed.
Orders including Fayces Signature line of products will only be processed for in-house customers who have had treatments at the center or consulted with one of the estheticians. We do this to ensure customer satisfaction and to make sure that our products are used correctly and effectively.
